Titan OS has appointed Karina Rompa as Business Development Lead, responsible for expanding the company's presence across Central and Eastern Europe, including Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and the Baltics.

Rompa announced her appointment on LinkedIn, saying she will focus on developing strategic partnerships and strengthening the company's ecosystem at the intersection of Smart TV, content discovery, streaming and advertising.

She joins Titan OS from Rakuten TV, where she worked in business development and partnerships from February 2024 to October 2026. She previously founded Media Hansa, a strategic partnerships and business development consultancy, and held senior content acquisition and management positions at VIDAA and Polish telecom operator PLAY.

At PLAY, she led the content management and acquisition team, overseeing licensing agreements and partnerships with major broadcasters and streaming platforms, including Netflix, Viaplay, HBO, Amazon Prime Video and CANAL+.

Her earlier experience includes content development roles at Netia and Vectra, giving her extensive experience in the Polish pay TV and streaming markets.
