Bleeding Love is a family drama starring Ewan McGregor and his daughter Clara McGregor, set to premiere on FilmBox Premium across 11 markets in June. This multi-market exclusive release will also be available via the FilmBox+ streaming service in selected markets.

This coordinated release is part of SPI International’s strategic approach to acquiring and sharing premium content across multiple territories, maximizing both audience reach and business efficiency. As a result, Bleeding Love will premiere simultaneously on FilmBox Premium on June 15 at 20.00 in Czechia, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Over a week later, on June 23, the film will also have its additional TV premiere in Poland.

Bleeding Love follows the emotional journey of a father and daughter as they rebuild their relationship. The film follows the character of Ewan McGregor, who takes it upon himself to drive his teenage daughter (played by his real-life daughter Clara McGregor) to a rehabilitation center. But the journey is about much more than physical displacement: it tells the story of the strength of family bonds, forgiveness, and healing, as a father tries to reconnect with his estranged daughter after a long absence.

What makes the film so special is that Ewan and Clara McGregor are not only the main characters, but also actively involved in the creation of the story. Directed by Emma Westenberg, the film premiered at the prestigious SXSW Film Festival, where it received great acclaim for its authenticity, acting, and honest tone.
